REWORK

REMOTE WORKING COMMUNICATION DEVICE

Consumer Electronics | IOT Device

A device that seamlessly integrates physicality into the virtual realm of remote workplaces. Moving beyond traditional screens and interfaces, striking the perfect balance between digital efficiency and human connection for remote teams.

Challenges In remote working environments

1. Isolation

Remote employees in the U.S. often feel isolated from their team, which is the most significant drawback.

2. Limited Office Culture

Over 60% of hybrid employees rely on their direct managers for their connection to company culture.

3. Lack of Interpersonal Relations

Remote work leads to primarily task-based and formal interactions, with few casual conversations like those at the office water cooler.

Limited workplace interactions have hampered professional development opportunities for remote employees.

4. Stunted Professional Growth

The office environment for remote workers has been reduced to screens with the same UI as emails, with physical interaction limited to typing on the keyboard and clicking the mouse.

5. Screen Only Interaction
